Consent for use of image/footage

I acknowledge:

  1. I am the owner/intellectual property holder of the photographs and/or video/multimedia footage (“the images/footage”) I upload to Screen Tasmania’s website for possible inclusion.
  2. All necessary agreement and/or approval to provide the images/footage has been obtained.
  3. The images/footage have been provided to the Tasmanian Government.
  4. The images/footage will be deposited by the Department of State Growth/Screen Tasmania in its image library.
  5. The images/footage will be used by Screen Tasmania for the purpose of inclusion in Screen Tasmania’s location database and general marketing and promotion of Tasmanian locations for film and television production.
  6. Personal information will be managed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act 2004 and may be accessed by the individual to whom it relates on request to the Department of State Growth (GPO Box 536, Hobart, Tasmania 7001).
