Tasjam - State-wide Game Jam

Startup Tasmania and the Tasmanian Game Development Society present Tasjam 2015!

Tasmania's first state-wide games jam happens in both Launceston and Hobart and brings together games developers, artists, composers, designers and all types of screen practitioners with all skill levels for 32 hours of collaboration, creativity and networking!

AND it's free with food, drinks and prizes provided by generous sponsors!

Tasjam is a public event with participants breaking into small teams to compete across a number of categories. Each team will be producing a game from scratch. No production work can be done before the jam starts.

The Tasjam 2015 theme will be "Voices" - evoking the value that a broad set of voices can bring to any creative endeavour.
