Four half hour documentaries tracking the off and on-field drama played out on the gravel and grass of Tasmania's rural communities in a season of 'country footy'.

Funded by Screen Tasmania and commissioned by SBS, 'Alive and Kicking' screened from 27 August 2008 over four weeks as part of SBS' 'Inside Australia' series.
