The Premier's Asia - Tasmania Forum explores the opportunities Asia holds for Tasmanian businesses.

The day long forum is divided into three sessions. Session three is most relevant to the screen industry - with a focus on Tasmania's creative businesses and marketing your product.

Session One

Opportunities in Asia Plenary Session - opening address from Premier Lara Giddings

George Iwan Marantika - Indonesia - more than beef, boats and Bali

Case studies - Bridestowe Lavender Estate, Novaris and Brown Brothers

Session Two - Business Lunch

Key note speaker David Thomas - CEO and Founder of Thinking Global Consulting

Session Three

Bradley Armstrong - Trade negotiations and closer economic ties within the ASEAN region and Indonesia

Concurrent practical and informative sessions led by national and international leaders in their fields on doing business and interacting with Asia: Tasmania's creative offering and what Asia wants; Selling services to Asia; On-line marketing to China, Asian Tourism - are you ready? and Mobilising networks to build Asia awareness.

Cost: $150 for the full day or $95 to participate in the lunch and key note speaker session
